Based in the heart of Deptford, The Albany is a multi-use performing and digital arts centre; a new breed of arts venue driven by the cultural diversity and creativity of South and East London. It has a strong focus on working with local communities, providing a venue for a range of culturally diverse performing arts, digital arts facilities and a range of educational training and community projects. Residents of the Albany include three of the UK’s most significant disability arts organisations (Heart n’ Soul, Entelechy and Drake Music) as well as a number of smaller arts and welfare advice organisations.
The Albany is a fully accessible building and all Albany performance events are inclusive. We aim to welcome all members of the community.
