Arnold Borgerth is a Brazilian artist based at the heart Deptford. As well as his own creative work, Arnold works on a comission basis on any kind of project involving creative photography and fine art photography.
He also documents artists work and exhibitions, both in the studio and location.
Paralel to his practice as an artist, Arnold also runs creative and technical short courses and workshops at the Cor Blimey Arts studios where he is based.
Born in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, Arnold Borgerth moved to Portugal in 1990, and since 1994 have been based in London. As a self-taught photographer, he has been working simultaneously since 1980 in three different areas within the photographic field:
- in education, currently teaching at the "Image & Communication" MA degree at Goldsmiths College - University of London
- as an artist, having his work widely exhibited in Brazil, Argentina and the UK
- and as a commercial photographer (Fine Arts, Architecture, Design, Music, Editorials).
