Tigers

In London Zoo. At the end of May 2008 Christy has been invited to install a sculpture next to the tiger enclosure of London Zoo in conjunction with the Love London Recycled exhibition. Using the form of a more traditional bronze that she made, "Tigress Carrying Cub", Christy will make a 5ft sculpture using a exciting range of materials and processes that highlight the beauty and majesty of the tiger, as well as highlighting issues of poaching, chinese medicines and territory land threats to the survival of the tiger that may be a possibility in our lifetimes.
