Visit Us
The key audience development programme for London based cultural tourism destinations
Visit Us has been commissioned by the City Fringe Partnership, with funding from the London Development Agency to provide London-based cultural tourism destinations, such as arts venues, museums, galleries, festivals and walks, with a complete framework to create robust marketing and audience development strategies.
The autumn programme runs from 7th October - 5th December 2008, and is led by high profile, specialist trainers, speakers and case studies delivering a range of informative and interactive seminars, 1-2-1s and workshops covering business planning, customer services, volunteer management, diversity in programming, marketing strategies, audience outreach and London 2012 opportunities.
Trainers and guest speakers include Renaisi, Visit London, Whitechapel gallery, Vortex, Geffrye Museum, Shoreditch Audiences, V&A and Shape.
Participants can define their own development by selecting a maximum of 4 activities from the programme, which can include a seminar, a one-to-one session and any two workshops.
Registration for each activity will take place on a first come first served basis with priority given to organisations based in London boroughs of Hackney and Tower Hamlets.
Places are limited so don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of a strong local network, build contacts and access leading industry figures.
