Volunteers are crucial to the sustainability of many arts organisations and good management is required to make these relationships a success. This workshop will ensure that you are clear about your legal obligations and know what to consider when developing policies and procedures for your volunteer programmes.
Recruiting and Retaining Volunteers
Tuesday 4 November 2008, 1pm – 5pm
Venue Business Development Centre (Aldgate East)
This workshop will support you to successfully recruit and retain volunteers and interns. This will be achieved by developing your understanding of the broad principles of volunteering, such as defining volunteer roles and providing appropriate personal development opportunities for volunteers.

25 years experience of working in and advising voluntary organisations.
