Money is the lifeblood of your business, so it’s essential you know where it comes from, where it goes and how to keep track of it. The aim of this session is to reduce the anxiety associated with finances by making systems easy and enabling you to grasp the big picture of how your business earns money. We’ll be considering all aspects of company finance from basic accounting to book keeping systems, looking at financial cycles to increasing profitability over time as well as planning for the future.
