This workshop is the perfect first step to help you improve access for disabled people.
You will be taken through key considerations such as customer care and marketing tools, leaving this workshop with practical low-cost and no-cost tools that you can implement straight away.
About the Trainer
Barbara Lisicki has been delivering disability equality for over 20 years. Her previous clients include the Royal College of Music, the BBC and Royal Albert Hall.
