Solar Associates is both an arts management consultancy, and a creative production house that works across media arts, music, participation and live performance. We offer collaborative expertise to artists, businesses and communities who want to engage with new creative processes and transform our culture in the era of participatory media. Our services include fundraising, organisational development consultancy, evaluation and artistic programming.
Our major projects in 2008 include:
- we're producing events for the London International Festival of Theatre (LIFT) at the Shoreditch Festival;
- developing the capacity and '2012 offer' of West London's creative sector organisations based in West London, including local input into the digital screen programme at the Wembley Stadium Live Site;
- developing online toolkits and other resources to support the development of artists using technology in participatory settings.
In addition, we continually work with a range of creative organisations and individuals, in areas including new project development, consultancy, tour booking, artist management, fundraising and organisational development.
